Jason Chan

Grade 5 Teacher

Jason Chan earned a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife Biology and Conservation Science with a minor in Child and Family Studies from the University of Guelph. He then completed a Bachelor of Education from Redeemer University in 2020. With his OCT certificate, he has worked in both the public and private sector, as a homeroom teacher and as an outdoor educator, teaching classes from Kindergarten to Grade 8. Jason joined the faculty at Innova in November of 2024 and aims to keep the gospel of Jesus Christ central in his classroom. He is thankful to have the opportunity to partner with parents to teach and serve students through shaping minds and hearts. Jason is a budding entomologist, enjoys music, cooking and art, and loves cultivating relationships with those around him.
